I had the chance to portrait a German bakery in Costa Rica. Around here good bread is seldom if you are used to german bread quality standard, but sometimes you are lucky to catch a nice piece of bread even down here in Central America. The work I did for them, which even includes a website, embraces photography from the building, interior, people and not least the delicious bakery products they make.
